Security Policy: When purchasing from Lennys Commercial Kitchens, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please contact our customer support centre at lennys@lennys.com.au.

Payment: All equipment will remain the property of Lennys Commercial Kitchens until payment has been made in full or deposited into Lennys Commercial Kitchens bank account. A 30% deposit will be required to confirm special or custom built items. Stock items require payment in full prior to dispatch. Credit card payments must include full details including expiry date, name of card holder and CCV number. Unless prior arrangements are made, the purchase price does not include delivery, unpacking or installation. All prices exclude GST which will be added to the order value. Lennys Commercial Kitchens accepts MasterCard, Visa, Bank Card or American express, cheques or payment directly to our bank account.

Stock Availability: Some items may not be in stock at the time of ordering and will contact the purchaser to confirm any delay.

Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled under the following conditions.

a) Cancellation is received before work has started on any custom built items and there is no return on custom-made goods.

b) If the equipment is a stock item, cancellation must be received prior to dispatch. Lennys Commercial Kitchens will not accept cancellation on the day goods are dispatched and a cancellation/restocking fee will apply for any goods incorrectly ordered once returned. No cancellation of special order items will be permitted.

Terms of Delivery: Unless goods are collected by the purchaser, Lennys Commercial Kitchens will determine the appropriate freight company based on the product ordered and the client's location. All deliveries organised by Lennys Commercial Kitchens on behalf of the purchaser are kerbside. Unless arranged, further charges may apply if additional transport services are required (for example, stairs, access issues, etc) and additional costs may be incurred should there be a lack of delivery information provided. Lennys Commercial Kitchens will not take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in transit when freight is organised by the purchaser. Installation or the connection to services is not included unless arranged with Lennys Commercial Kitchens prior to shipping.

Delivery Dates: Lennys Commercial Kitchens will endeavour to deliver goods on time to all clients, however cannot be responsible for any delays that arise from 3rd parties and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or time as it may be subject to transportation issues that arise prior to delivery.

Return of Goods: The return of goods for credit must be arranged with Lennys Commercial Kitchens and transport costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Any goods returned due to a “change of mind” will not be refunded however a credit note will be issued minus a restocking fee determined by Lennys Commercial Kitchens after inspection of the returned unit. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, with any instruction manuals and warranty cards. If the returned item has been used in any way it will not be accepted and no credit issued. Arrangements must be made with Lennys Commercial Kitchens prior to items being returned to our store for credit.

Damaged Goods: If an item is received damaged or faulty in any way, you should immediately notify Lennys Commercial Kitchens by phone, fax or email providing your name, address, phone and fax number, an invoice number and details of the fault. Lennys Commercial Kitchens will arrange with the manufacturers agent to rectify any faults under warranty. Delivery dockets must be kept and provided to Lennys Commercial Kitchens for any claim for transport damage. It may be necessary to forward photographs to assess any damage to goods.

Insurance: Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. If insurance is required please advise Lennys Commercial Kitchens as a quotation and purchaser approval will need to be arranged before shipping.

Warranty: All items are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Please note smaller items may need to be returned to the manufacturer’s service agent for warranty repair. Warranties do not cover any consequential loss due to the fault of any item sold. Warranty may be void if customers tamper with or have an unauthorised party service or repair a fault that may occur during the period of warranty and the customer will be fully responsible for the repair once the warranty is void. Warranty is covered in most cases during normal business hours Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm. Servicing outside of these hours may incur an after-hour charge.

Acceptance of Sale: By placing an order with Lennys Commercial Kitchens the purchaser acknowledges they agree to the above terms and condition of sale.
